CREDIT REPORTING

LBCC at a clients discretion will report accounts placed for collections to all three National Credit-Reporting Agencies as unpaid collection accounts 30 days after placement.

This period gives clients time to review the acknowledgment of placed accounts for accuracy, and the debtor time to resolve the matter and/or respond with a valid disputed.

If a customer disputes the validity of a client’s claim in writing, all collection procedures stop and a copy of the letter of dispute is sent to our client for rebuttal.

Reporting to the Credit Bureau insures that any debtor applying for Credit Cards, Car Loans, Home Mortgages and other types of Credit within the next 7 Years will be obligated to clear their account up, or be denied credit in most cases until the account is resolved.
