   LITIGATION

Placement for litigation is decided on a per account basis.  A careful evaluation of assets, garnishments, ability to pay, and credit reports help determine if litigation will be profitable to the client.

LBCC can obtain a complete and thorough breakdown of a debtor's financial profile. This Asset Information can be used as evidence to support litigation and in the attachment of assets after a judgment is awarded.

After determining it is cost effective to file suit in a creditors behalf, clients are notified and authorization is obtained for that particular account.

LBCC  has "Specialized Lawsuits", uses certified I.D., and asset investigations to accomplish the following objectives.

·         Notify clients of our desire to file suit in behalf of the client.

·         By utilizing "Specialized Lawsuits" the suit will be in the name of LBCC so a clients company does not appear in Legal News as filing suit against a particular party.

·         This allows Louisiana Bureau Of Credit Control to file suit on multiple accounts for various clients at the same time if the need should arise.

NOTE: Should a client decide not to grant permission to file suit, a client would simply return the paperwork to LBCC noted "Do not file suit at this time". Clients always have the final decision in filing a suit and no cost is incurred without prior approval of a client.
